UPSTAIRS is a contemporary gallery lounge dedicated to showcasing the art or emerging and established artists. Distinct from traditional exhibtion spaces, this intimate environment allows artists to connect with patrons through curated events and an exceptional menu of food and drink.
In addition to serving curated flights of sake, UPSTAIRS also hosts Sake Masterclasses from established breweries. Customers can pop in at anytime for a drink or bite whilst appreciating the art on display.

For our next sake masterclass at our Upstairs bar above INÉ we are excited to host the renowned Erika Haigh!
Erika is a sake sommelier, educator and the founder of Mai Sake. Embark with her on a unique sake journey where you will discover her top picks from the Mai Sake portfolio. With each sip of the 4 exquisite sakes you will taste, delve into the stories of the talented producers and immerse yourself in the diverse landscapes of Japan.
There will be a Q&A session with Erika where she will open up the floor for questions such as, why do we use wine glasses for sake, what gives sake its flavour profile and how should you serve variations of sake.
Small bites of sushi and appetisers will also be provided during the Masterclass!
